Pig’s head is considered a delicacy in many cuisines in China and can be a tricky cut to handle. We simmer it in our ‘Lǔ’ stock made of spices, soy sauce and many other ingredients. Give a rich aroma and perfect the texture. It is paired with red chillies and garlic to add an extra kick. We call it the perfect ‘drink snack’, and
it goes really well with beers and spirits.
