Hot and sour is another flavour combination commonly found in southern China. These two most stimulant flavours pack a powerful punch on your palate, which is what makes it addictive. Rice noodles are soaked in a soup seasoned with vintage vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, chilli and spices and topped with fried pork mince, pickled runner beans, pickled mustard, pickled bamboo shoots and fried peanuts. Very complex and well-balanced flavours for a unique Chinese street food experience.
