Our menu includes many popular dishes in the UK but we specialise in bringing signature dishes from various regional cuisines in China to the UK, including some best-selling dishes that are not commonly found in the local British market. No sweet and sour chicken, no prawn crackers, not westernised and simplified, real authentic Chinese dishes with bombastic flavours. We only put dishes on our menu when we are 100% sure we, and you, can do it as well as we would in China.
