Slippery prawns is a popular way of preparing prawns in China. Jumbo tiger prawns are half diced and half minced, mixed with egg whites and light seasoning then made into pieces . It is so tender making it difficult to pick up, hence the name Slippery Prawns. Cooked in our signature sour soup made with home-made matured tomato sauce, served with sliced kalp,
hand-made frozen tofu and fresh tomatoes. Umami yet savoury. Good texture, rich flavour, and best dining experience.
